HCLTech will bring Claude into the solutions it provides for banks, hospitals, telecom companies, and manufacturers.
Anthropic is partnering with HCLTech (opens in new tab) , a global technology company with more than 230,000 people in 60 countries. HCLTech will build agentic solutions on Claude for its clients through a dedicated Anthropic Business Unit and Center of Excellence, embed Claude in HCLSoftware products, and integrate Claude and Claude Code into AI Force, the platform it uses to run IT services for clients. HCLTech becomes a Global Premier Partner (opens in new tab) in the Claude Partner Network.
HCLTech provides solutions for financial services, manufacturing, life sciences and healthcare, technology, semiconductor, telecom and media, retail and CPG, and mobility and public services. In these environments, a mistake is expensive and every change needs to be reviewed, logged, and approved. The partnership is built to put Claude into that work with the controls designed for those environments.
HCLTech is bringing Claude into its business in three places and is designing each with guardrails and human review.
